Our services cover a wide range of industries and we try to price our work to cover the amount of work, we would expect to undertake for each task. We are more than happy to discuss any quotation and price which best suits your requirements and needs and our work, working together we are sure we can come to an agreed figure to go forward.
Early communication will help us better understand your requirements and needs. This will enable us to conduct any initial pre-operational planning, so we can assess any CAA, Local area authority’s implications and any Property or Landowners permissions needed to complete your project.
Terms & Conditions
A full day’s operation is classed as 8 hours from arriving on site, rates are worked out on hourly basis and include all other costs.
For confirmation and to secure your tasking we will require payment of a deposit of the initial invoice with the final payment to be made within 60 days of receiving of our final invoice.
If in the unfortunate event that we have to cancel due to unsuitable weather conditions excessive wind beyond 20mph or heavy rain, we will endeavor to re-schedule with you, if possible. We understand that some projects cannot be re-scheduled, if however you no longer require our services the 30% deposit will be nonrefundable. If for any reason we have to cancel due to sickness or other, we will endeavor to reschedule with you, however, if that is impracticable then your deposit will be refunded in full.
Any additional costs we incur due to any delay on your behalf will be worked out and added to the final invoice.
Theia Drone Services Limited holds all rights to the ownership of any photographic images and any video footage, until final payment is received. We also would ask for your permission to use any images or video’s that we may wish to be use on our advertising, we will only use them with your granted permission.
We will provide you with the following:
- CAA licensed Drone Team fully equipped and self-contained for the task.
- Public Liability and Indemnity insurance cover of up to £5m. Will increase if required
- Any CAA, Local area authority and other legal requirements or permissions required.
